Okay, along the same lines as submitting a torn up credit card application and actually getting the card is this:
This guy decided to get creative on what he signed on his receipts. He started out just using a different looking signature and progressed to writing square boxes, X’s, Mariah Carey, and on and on. It’s worth a look.
I have to wonder what the point of all this security is if people can simply ignore them all.

When I first got a credit card, I used to think there was a signature checker at Visa who examined my handwriting and made sure it matched.
Now I pretty much scribble once for my first name and another time for my last.
A friend of mine wrote “I hate you all! Die!!!” on her reciept once and the police actually questioned her about it.

I actually have a couple of cards signed with “check photo ID”. To date I’ve been asked for my ID once. I’ve used the card literally hundreds of times.

A friend of mine has been signing just his first name for a few years now. He’s only been questioned about it once, but the cashier still put the card through. I’ve been thinking of just initially because my scribbled initials doesn’t look anything like what my initials actually are.
