Wow.
Amazing.
Uhh what the heck?
I can’t believe it.
So, this lady right here, left her entire $1.1 million estate to the national debt. No surprise I don’t agree with her. That must be somewhere around the equivalent of less than .01 cents towards our debt. It is so completely dilluted that it seems like it would have been put to better use if she had left it to a charity of some sort. Of course, that’s just my opinion.
If you had no family, would you consider leaving your estate to the national debt?

Sounds pretty dumb to me. It’s a nice gesture, but really means nothing since we’re only adding more and more to our debt daily. Man, I could do a lot with 1.1 million!

It’s a pretty nice gesture, but you’re right, the money could have been put to better use. The national debt decreased by 1.1 million for like 2.2 seconds, and then her house was meant nothing again.
She should have given it to a charity or to someone who could have made the place useful for years to come.
But in the end, it was a very nice gesture on her part.
