Chef Chris Rogienski was Valedictorian from Barry Technical School for Culinary Arts. He has cooked professionally for the last 16 years and has a classic French background, which he enjoys combining with Southern comfort food. Colleen Hughes has been with the Tonidandel-Brown restaurant group for 10 years as a mixologist, overseeing the bar programs at many of the group’s locations. Michael Klinger is the wine director at Supperland. He is an Advanced Sommelier and has curated a list of 200+ wines for the menu.
