It’s hard to believe but October is here. I, for one, am enjoying the slightly cooler weather and am ready to embrace fall.
Every year fall kicks off the holiday season. With Halloween coming up in a few short weeks I’ve been looking for fun and inexpensive activities for my daughters.
Here are seven of the best Halloween activities for kids. (We’re working on a few of these right now!)
# 1 – Magic Jack-O-Lantern
A balloon, some household supplies, and an old water bottle is all you need to make your Jack-O-Lantern come to life. Little kids would love this.

# 2 – Mason Jar Luminaries
If you’re like me and hoard both, Mason Jars and paint supplies then I don’t think you’ll find a prettier Halloween activity to do with the kiddos.

# 3 – Wickedly Easy Halloween Treats
Do your kids pack their lunches for school everyday like mine do? If so, here’s a super easy spin you can put on their snacks.

# 4 – Blood Clot Jello Cups
Yeah, it looks about as gross as it sounds. My eight year old nephew would loves this activity!

# 5 – Beaded Spider Craft
All you need to make this craft is pipe cleaner, beads, and some pom poms. Even though this particular craft looks so simple I think my daughters would love it.

# 6 – Pumpkin Pie Play Dough
This could possibly be the best play dough you’ve every smelt in your life. However, I’m sure it doesn’t taste as good at is smells so try and keep your kids from eating it!
